The Schmack Biogas plant system offers a variety of system sizes starting at 18 kWel and all the way up to 20 MWgas. The standardized plant systems can be sized to meet nearly any kind of feedstock or energy requirement.

The smallest plant system, EUCOlino, is designed as a “plug and play” biogas plant for on-farm application. It is best suited for farms with herds between 50 and 400 animals and that have a mixture of manure and solid input materials, e.g. corn silage or manure on straw.

COCCUS® Farm is designed for farm operations with larger animal herds that do not also have solid input material available. For very large farm operations, the COCCUS® Titan provides a plant system with endless size potential.

Both EUCO® Titan and EUCO® Mono plant systems are well suited for high solids, homogenous feedstock materials such as corn silage, grass silage or other energy crops. They have mostly been implemented when energy generation is the primary desire.
