BIOFerm™ plants operate using our patented SPS control and plant management system, providing complete computer automation. Each component of the plant (e.g., individual fermentation chambers, CHP generator, gas storage unit) is continuously examined and quantified to ensure that all parts are working at their maximum potentials. System component data is available in real-time and is stored in a database for later reference. As an additional protection measure, a master computer in Germany maintains contact with all BIOFerm™ plant control systems and remotely monitors them to detect potential problems and to assure plants are running at optimal output.
