Nova Scotia’s Renewable Electricity Plan

Nova Scotia’s Renewable Electricity Plan

- April 29th, 2010

Nova Scotia recently announced a Renewable Electricity Plan for the province, which will include community feed-in-tariffs for renewable electricity.  Nova Scotia wants to increase the development of locally generated renewable energy.  The feed in rates will be determined at a later date by the Utility and Review Board, and will be evaluated in 2012 to determine the efficacy of the rates.  Another Canadian province implementing feed-in-tariffs!
