Joe Kramer of the Energy Center of Wisconsin has released a document entitled “Great Lakes Region Food Industry Biogas Casebook” to highlight some exisiting facilities in the region utilizing anaerobic digestion.  12 facilities are profiled in the 55 page document to share their experiences so far, and explore how other facilities may proceed to incorporate AD with their operations.  To download the casebook, follow this link.
